I had the best experience starting with the greeter who gave me directions to the elevator and even told me that the far elevator was the only one working. No guessing waiting for an elevator. The doctor, the Xray tech and the trainer were excellent. I am totally satisfied with my experience.

Though the facility is quite far frommy home and freeway construction is an issue, it is well-worth the drive to receive treatment at this facility.

He performed ankle surgery for breaks on each side of ankle and it healed perfectly - Very kind & supportive in follow up appts. He responded personally to me for advice when I called the office on one occasion - Made excellent decision about care to left leg that I broke, at the same time that I broke the ankle.

Dr. Bakshi and his staff are all great, except for the xray technician. He is always terse and hurried, and seems to just want to get me out of the xray room. I had this experience three times, and I was/am slightly concerned that the doctor may have not gotten the best images to provide the best care because of this.

I have an injury that is very difficult for me. Dr. Bakshi was fantastic about being compassionate, honest, and thorough in all of his descriptions of the problems and possible next steps. I felt heard and my concerns were validated while still helping me stay hopeful and keep my expectations realistic. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Bakshi for the manner in which he discussed things with me.
This was my first visit with Dr. Bakshi. He had taken the time to review all of my medical history and was quite familiar with my history prior to my visit. He asked several questions and ALWAYS listened to what I had to say. He Is very professional, yet approachable and has a caring and efficient office team. As I left I felt better Informed about my conditions, understood that I had options, and felt comfortable with our plan.I was referred to Dr. Bakshi by Dr. Pack, another specialist In the same office. My discussion with Dr. Bakshi was made easier by the apparent communication between the two doctors treating me. I hope they will be as effective when communicating with my primary care physician.
