I felt the doctor was more interested in my trip [....]than with my health concerns. She ended my visit without asking if I had any additional questions or concerns. Also, she did not provide hardly any advice for some of my concerns. The visit summary sheet provided 95% more information than what she discussed with me. She is very pleasant, but not very helpful.

It was my first experience with Dr. Patel and it was only for a wellness check. She did provide me with a referral for one issue I was having but did not seem to concerned about some other items I mentioned.

I showed up at 7:55 for my 8:15 appointment as requested. My paperwork was filled out ahead of time. I was not seen until 8:45. Did not get out of the office until after 9:00. Being one of the first appointments, I thought I would be out quickly.

Dr. Nada Patel is a knowledgeable and warm family practitioner. She is very caring [....] My complaint with this office is not the care I receive from her; it is the administrative staff and the slowness with which the file paperwork work with Insurance Company. When I received a referral for Physical Therapy my referral was lost for months....it took the office manager's time to figure it out.
The clerks can try to be more responsible and help the patient whom need to check out once they are done.
