We had a wonderful experience. We were listened to, given time and space to share additional concerns, and welcomed to utilize the on call service if conditions changed.
From the moment we checked in until we left it was a great atmosphere. Everyone was nice and happy. You can tell they love their job and it makes you feel at home. My daughter did the best ever with getting her shots. The Rn put the kids at ease and Dr Kasprick made my kids laugh and they opened up to her. Great experience!

I loved my sons doctor I didn't feel rushed or like the doctor wasn't taking my concerns seriously. She seemed to like children, she was friendly and fun, she's was patient with my toddler she didn't seem annoyed when he acted like a toddler. Her advice was helpful and said in a kind manner, she was prompt with calling me about my sons test results. Over all it was a positive exsperience the best I've had in a long time. We love her and we will be coming back.

Both the intake nurse and our visit with Dr. Kasprick were one of the best experiences we have had. They both listened to my concerns as well as connected with my daughter. They made a sick two year old very happy and comfortable. I will definitely be returning and recommending the whole office to friends and family.
Great doctor, she seems to understand kids very well and you dont feel she needs to rush somewhere else. She listens and responds to all my questions and even my kid ones.
We do not like the fact that the pediatric check in is directly next to the Urgent Care check in. Especially during these pandemic times, and having an infant to take to the office.

Dr. Michelle K was very attentive, compassionate and kind to my son.
She was great. She is not our normal provider but I would definitely recommend or be perfectly fine seeing her again. Very personable and great with my daughter.

She was very kind and made my opinionated/stubborn child laugh and cooperate with her physical exam - magic!! She addresed all my concerns and really went above and beyond in my opinion. Fantastic care by her and the entire staff.
