I was thoroughly impressed with the pre-visit contact. I provider was referred to me by my PCP, but I was traveling overseas on a totally opposite time zone. I called to get the appointment three days before my return home (on a Friday), and got an appointment the next Monday. Thoroughly impressed with the care expressed by the scheduler...even before I saw the provider.

Dr Chrissos operated on my knee years ago but this visit was regarding my shoulder. I have referred several of my friends to him and they have ALL had nothing but praise for him.

A positive experience - examination was thorough, informative and got to the heart of the matter with a problem knee. Provider was respectful as well.
The notification I received asked me to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. That only took 5 minutes at most. To then wait nearly an hour for ruffly a 15-minute office visit that basically accomplished nothing.

I was in severe pain with fluid on my right knee I have arthritis and have meniscus surgery 4 months ago so he relieved the fluid and gave me a cortisone shot and I have never felt so good so it was an awesome visit

I did not have an appointment the day that I saw Dr. Chrissos, we were over by his office that day for an appointment for my wife. I had twisted my left knee a couple of days before this and stopped by to ask if the doctor could look at it and maybe give me a shot. This knee has been bad for a long time, we live in Plymouth and it is a thirty to forty minute drive over to the hospital. They just happened to have a cancellation and I was able to get in and see Dr. Chrissos and he did x-rays on my knee and then took fluid off and gave me a cortizone shot. I was very grateful that he could see me that same day. He is always a pleasure to see. My wife and I have had him do several operations for us, he is a very kind and wonderful doctor.
A check up on my left shoulder and X-rays were valuable in that my need is not an emergency. That helps me to be able to plan for this surgery. He was very thorough.

I felt that the doctor did not listen to my concerns. He looked at the x-ray and prescribed medication. He said there was not much that could be done and indicated that physical therapy would not help. He also felt that surgery should not be an option.
