This was the best visit. Dr. Heinen was able to squeeze my daughter in for an early appointment so she would not have to miss her Valentine's party at school. During the visit, she spoke mostly to my daughter, making her feel engaged and important. She was able to quickly diagnose a lingering cough and explained treatment options. It is very rare for a doctor to be able to give us so much attention, in such a short period of time, making both my daughter and me happy. :)

These are very challenging time. Dr. Heinen & the office are always very courteous & professional, questions are never blown off, my girls are never worried about going to the doctors. Everyone deserves the biggest retention bonus available!

Dr. Heinen is amazing. She gives calm, practical & caring expertise when caring for my family. I appreciate her honest in these challenging times. My girls are always excited to see her & "feel better" after our visits, even before any medical intervention is administered.

We just made the switch to IHA Plymouth & Dr. Heinen from U of M and we couldn't be more pleased. The whole process from scheduling to the actual appointment was flawless. You guys have a very efficient, effective, & compassionate process. Very impressed! I highly recommend this office to others!
