This is my regular provider and I've never had any issues before this - she always takes the time to answer my questions and we've had a good rapport in the past. I think she was under a lot of stress to get through patients that day
I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment, and 45 minutes past my requested arrival time, before I saw the doctor. This was frustrating.
Dr Goedtel was very respectful and gave me all the answers to my concerns. After surgery, she personally called me to see how I was doing.

I have been going to *Dr. Goedtel for 10+ years. I moved 1 hour away and still drive to see her because she is a wonderful physician who listens and truly cares.
Received test results on my chart that were unclear or abnormal with no explanation or call.
Dr. Goedtel is wonderful! I switched to her care more than 2/3 of the way through my pregnancy and am so happy I did. She is super personable and communicates things very well. She was willing to review my birthing plan with me and my husband and provide input as both a professional and as a mother. She did not at all try to push any kind of treatment or procedure (which unfortunately some doctors do as I have personally experienced). It is also clear that she is very knowledgeable in her field as she is willing to take questions and provide great answers and point you to starting points for you to do your own research.

I was told to arrive at 9:05 for a 9:20 appointment and did not get into the exam room until 9:40. I had to ask for a time estimate for being seen after waiting so long.

My visit was fine. It's your billing department that's the problem. Not sure if they are understaffed but they made an error on a bill from August, my insurance provider contacted them and it's still not fixed.

She is extremely knowledgeable and able to convey her deep professional understanding in a way that is easy to understand and utilize as a patient. She is easy to relate to and put me at ease the first time I met her, which made an emotional and uncomfortable, but necessary, conversation much easier for me.
