In the past Dr. Kohlenberg observed a communication breakdown in the messing app and intervened by reaching out clarifying what I was asking and provided an answer. Way better than the clear lack of communication to the staff member responding to messages in myChart.

*Dr. Kohlenberg is awesome. He always listens and takes my views into consideration for treatment plan. It is harder to get a same day appointment though. My son had to see a different dr. for Televisit when he was ill or see nurse practitioner for mental health concerns.
Didn't seem necessary for my personal needs at the time. Only needed a prescription refill and didn't need any sort of test or exam or physical.
Dr. Kohlenberg is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel he wants me to be as healthy as possible and he does what he can to achieve that. The rest is my responsibility. He encouraged me to be healthier in my life choices, food, exercise, etc. He always treats me with respect and is courteous and friendly. I believe he has genuine concern for me and my health.
