[ . . . ] was supposed to schedule a diagnostic mammogram AND ultrasound, per providers request. When I went on the patient portal I noticed she had only scheduled a mammoram. I called & left message but received no response. I then called & arranged ultrasound myself but they admitted it was an error on her part. [ . . . ] also wears her mask UNDER her nose, which could put cancer patients at risk of contracting COVID-19.
