As I mentioned in the previous review, Dr. Zhu was very professional, patient and carrying a good energy in the whole process of my visit. She treated me friendly and respectfully. She answered my questions and concerns in a way that I could easily understand. I feel well informed and educated with my health situation. I really appreciated the whole visit with Dr. Zhu. In addition, because she spoke Chinese, I was able to communicate with her in my native language. This is very valuable quality to the Chinese community. I will stay with Dr. Zhu and recommend her to all my friends and family. The staff there were also very nice and friendly. Facility was modern and clean.

Dr. Zhu was beyond everything that I have expected and experienced with prior doctors in any field. She is extraordinary! She was personable, funny, tender, and real. I felt completely confident in her ability to discern medical relevance. This ability can only be gained through true interest in the academics and vast experience with a variety of people with differing dispositions. I experienced something very rare in medicine thanks to Dr. Zhu- I, the patient, was put first. Many doctors are implementing poor judgements; such as: defensive medicine, legal grey areas of healthcare fraud, or running more billiables to pump up their numbers. Nothing about this helps me. In fact, may hurt; as I will not tolerate being put through the runaround. Meaning I will stop care or, at best, find a new doctor which takes time. My care is not something to be gamed with. I am so very thankful that I finally found a doctor that I can trust. Dr. Zhu- do NOT change. You are perfect!

The nurse who took my vitals only had great things to say about Dr. Zhu. She said that she treats the staff with the same care and courtesy as she treats her patients. And in her opinion, she said that she worked with some doctors who aren't always kind to the staff like they are to their patients. My experience with Dr. Zhu immediately afterward was very good and she listened well and was very empathetic to me. I think it speaks volumes of her character to see her actions match the words of other people and I am grateful that she is my provider.

Dr. Zhu is a very experienced doctor, she was very informative for all my questions and concerns during the visit. Not only this visit, I had spotting issue weeks ago at the beginning of my 2nd trimester, I received response from office and Dr. Zhu's quickly after I reported the symptom, she ordered ultrasound and blood test for me which not only ensuring the fetus is still good but also relieving my anxiety, really appreciated it.

I had a great experience with Dr. Zhu. One of the receptionists I worked with seemed surprised that Dr. Zhu has a lot of recurring patients. I let her know that Dr. Zhu is great at what she does. She has delivered both of my babies and I will go where she goes! I appreciate how she cares and takes care of her patients professionally.
I saw this doctor many years ago and remembered her expertise and her caring nature. I was disappointed to learn that she was no longer at the Beaumont facility I normally visit. But I'm my search for a new OBGYN I was able to find her and made an appointment asap. She is knowledgeable and I really feel like she genuinely cares about my concerns.

My only concern was that when I made my initial appointment, it was supposed to be with Dr. Kloss. In September I received a letter notifying me that she was taking a different position. I called to verify my appointment & to see who was taking her place when I was informed that it was a good thing I called because otherwise I would have had to reschedule. It sounded like I wouldn't have been notified until it was too late to have my initial appointment time. I purposely scheduled my checkup for that day because I had the day off. For those of us who work, it's not always easy to schedule & reschedule appointments. It would help to always be considerate of the patient's time.
Both Dr.Zhu provided exceptional care. They listened and observed intently to my presented concerns. They made sure I understood the information or the questions they provided me with. One special note would be the fact that Dr. Zhu made sure I knew clearly what the next follow up steps were and what my plan of care was after leaving that appointment.
My provider(OB) gave me a call later to give me updates about my ultrasound result as soon as she received it, I appreciated that very much.

Dr. Zhu is an excellent doctor! I would not want to see anyone but her for my OB/GYN medical needs.
I personally love my OB, the knowledge she has and the concern she shows towards keeping her patients healthy in this journey of pregnancy. It's just that I was not ever seen on time. Every time I was seen almost 50-60mins late. I would arrive n check-in in time and then there's 50-60mins, sometimes even more waiting before I'm let in. After I'm let in, the nurse sees my weight and BP n walks me into the check-up room where there Is an additional 20-30min waiting to do before my OB walks In. She's with me for roughly 15-20mins for check up, discussion of my test results If any, addressing any questions and that's It. I value the time she spends with me In consultation but I wish the waiting time reduces. It's like for a 15min consultation, I'm out of my house for 2.5hours In the middle of a work day. A wait time of 15mins Is understandable but 1.5hours Is too much. If that's corrected, I have no complaints.
