Dr. Caren is the BEST doctor to both of my kids! She is very thorough and values the importance of interpersonal connections with the families she interacts with. My one concern/suggestion for improvement is coordinating scheduling so that patients do not need to allocate an entire morning or afternoon to a well child visit!

St. Joe's Medical Group is very lucky to have her in its organization. Dr. Caren usually has interns in her office. The staff always asks If It Is OK with me If they are in the room during my appointment. Dr. Caren Is respectful to them and I have witnessed many teaching moments between her and the interns in the years I have been going there. Any intern I have been in contact with has been very courteous and respectful.
Dr. Caren was very concerned about my conditions and issues as she always is. Dr. Caren even contacted me the following day with test results and to talk me through a new medication she was prescribing even though it was her day off. Dr. Caren had an intern in the office the day of my appointment. The intern was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough when reviewing my health conditions.

Dr Leslie Caren is a great doctor. She always shows kindness, caring and consideration for all of her patients. My mom and sister-in-law also see Dr. Caren and both just love her. Dr. Caren often has interns in training in her office. I have witnessed on several occasions, her testing their knowledge on certain conditions or issues and making sure they fully understand. Dr. Caren also has a great reputation with other doctors. Whenever I or my mom mention her to our other doctors, they always say she is great. On this visit, she was outstanding as always.

I find my kids get some sort of cold or sickness after we visit and I'm sure it comes from trying to keep a 3 yea old from touching things for 3 hours in a confined space. Love the staff love the dr. Dr. Caren always make me feel like she is really listening to me, and cares about my mental and physical health. If she isn't sure about something, she researches it...she is always looking for ways to improve my health.
She always listens to me and is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
She is great, like a family member. My husband passed away [....] She really consoled me in my grief. She also called as soon as she found out he had passed. [....] When we had to have hospice care, Dr. Caren stayed in touch with the hospice care [....] A very caring doctor.
Dr. Caren is a wonderful doctor, she cares and works hard to answer all questions and concerns.

Don't want to be asked about concerns when I ask too. Ex., blood work every 6 months not necessary. When asked not to bring up a concern each time, it's always brought up.
Dr. Caren and the PA were very caring. PA did most of the interviewing and Dr. Caren followed up. Although Dr. Caren was very late seeing me, she did not rush and took her time explaining everything.
Dr Caren is a very knowledgeable & excellent, caring, concerned physician. She is the best!
I am so glad I found Dr. Caren for my primary care physician. I do have to wait a bit occassionally for appointments but I do not mind because I know she is taking time with other patients as she will with me.
