I have been to 2 surgeons And my third one was Dr Kumari Adams She took her time explaining everything to me. Showing me pictures of where My problem was in my throat She explained everything to me and Took her time answering all the questions I was concerned about, All the preparations I would have Prior 2 surgery, And also After the surgery, I loved her personality. I felt very comfortable talking with her. I feel I am in very capable hands and I would Refer her to my family members and friends.
I feel the Lord sent me to her and I feel I am in very good hands馃槉馃尮.

Facing the idea of a possible surgery was daunting, but she explained everything with diagrams, a booklet of information, and then made sure all of my questions had been addressed. When I forgot some details by the next day, the nursing staff got back to me immediately. I highly recommend her and everyone at this practice.

I observed the assistants with other patients in the waiting area. They were friendly and caring. One lady came a day early and was very upset. They calmed her down and made accommodations to work her in. They were very kind to everyone that came in.
Dr. Adams and her team are exceptional! The first meeting with Dr. Adams put me at ease as she explained the window I had for a possible cure. I was originally diagnosed with stage three esophageal cancer and because of her wisdom and calling for additional testing it was downgraded to stage one. I have just entered my second year after surgery cancer free. I am so thankful for Dr. Adams (she is a gifted surgeon),her team, and St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor.

Considering I was seeing *Dr. Adams regarding the results of recent diagnostic findings, the visit was excellent. *Dr. Adams had CT films and patient educational devices to explain the condition in an organized thorough manner.
