In my first visit. I provided the health concerns I had and within 15 minutes Dr. Aalderink provided an explanation for each of my concerns. He was able to physically show my arms ability to move and rule out a Rotator cuff injury with a diagnosis of frozen shoulder. All of the symptoms were clearly explained to me with a n explanation of the duration of my health concern and how to reduce my symptoms. He provided an explanation of arm movements to support healthy ways to increase range of movement. I felt heard and feel his diagnosis made sense to me with all of the explanations he provided. I googled the diagnosis after the visit and everything lined up. I trust Dr. Aalderink and his staff cared about you visit and ensured that I felt confident about the diagnosis provided. I will absolutely encourage others to see him for orthopedic health support.

While I appreciate finally receiving a diagnose for what has been going on with me, I felt that the doctor was very dismissive. I was not given much of a clear recommendation on how to proceed. It seemed like my diagnose was not his specialty and he was just fulfilling his obligations. I wasn't given anything to follow up on. I just walked out of the office feeling defeated and frustrated.

Had a appointment scheduled for 3:00 on Feb. 2 the office called to see if I could come in at 10:00 to avoid the snow that was predicted. Really appreciated that so I didn't have to reschedule.

I waited over 20 minutes before the nurse told me that I needed an X-ray. Then another 30 minutes before they came to take me to X-ray. And then about 45 minutes until the doctor came in to see me!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Aalderink. I was very pleased.
Dr. Aalderink has been able to keep me from needing joint replacement surgery for the past 4 years! He explained that the knee injections may reach their peak effectiveness at some point, and talked to me about future options. I feel that I am better prepared now for the steps I will need to take when the time comes to make a surgical decision.

It was a great overall experience. The time it took, everything moved along smoothly. Even with X-rays and treatment I was done in less than an hour from the start to finish.
