Nurse Practitioner Dana also was an important part of my visit. My Pharmacy had told me that a new prescription for a medication I've used for several months was turned down by my insurance. Dana and the Pharmacy worked together to identify and then solve the problem. I don't have the final answer yet because this started just yesterday, but Dana has been thorough in updating me on issues and next steps. This is excellent care.

Dr. McFadden made arrangements to meet with me even though there were no available appointment slots. This was critical as I was diagnosed with Covid and needed evaluation for further care. She could have pushed me onto another doctor or PA, but rather made extra time available for me.

I was not asked for a flu shot or covid shot while I had my visit. This is a missed opportunity for patients. Also, the formatting to fill out additional feedback is poor. It should be a large paragraph box so one can review and edit what is typed.

My questions were answered respectfully. Dr. McFadden was thorough in providing referrals for follow up further testing and appointments. I was very satisfied with the service she provided.

It was very so amazing to be able to have an ultrasound ordered and completed within 15 minutes after it was ordered. It was so nice to have my labs and US all completed in one building at one time.

Dr. McFadden really listens well, asks questions, and never seems in a hurry to rush you out of the office. She is calm, warm, has excellent communication skills, and is very thorough. No cold efficiency. I always feel she hears me when I talk to her.

My work schedule changes every week, but IHA has so many appointment times that I can usually find an appointment not long after I decide to. I like and trust Doctor McFadden, but I have also seen several other doctors and (I think) an NP at IHA, and they've all been wonderful.
Previous provider retired, have only seen this provider twice. Do not feel as yet I can comment further.

Outstanding physician. I was disappointed however to learn blood pressure cuffs were going to be replaced by electronic cuffs. I think this is a mistake on the part of IHA.

Dr. McFadden is an exemplary care giver and I admire her skills tremendously. Specifically, her ability to listen, understand, analyze, prioritize and explain medical issues to the common (medically uneducated) man is amazing.
Dr. McFadden complimented my care of the wound so far (first time I can remember a doctor doing that and I have 3 kids!). She explained what to watch for and when to call if it gets infected. She was patient and kind and I wish everyone could experience the same thing with their health care needs. Perhaps most important was the way she eased my mind about the healing process.

The nurse/assistant was just fabulous. I loved how she narrated what she was doing. I never experienced that before and it was so calming, even though I didn't actually have any anxiety. I can imagine that with someone who struggles with anxiety it would be exceptional.
I appreciate being able to see Dr. McFadden on such short notice to address an immediate health concern as my primary care provider was not available for more than one month.
Dr McFadden is an excellent MD. She always offers suggestions to improve how I use my meds at home. She is the best Dr I have seen, and Dr Thiry was my previous PCP, so that says a lot. I love her, I wish my husband could switch over to her service.
