Dr Yee was warm, patient and caring. I was very pleasantly surprised with the time she took to actually sit down and chat with me. Sometimes we're anxious and forget to say something to our physician because they're in such a rush. This visit was the complete opposite. My Medical assistant was sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Yee exudes confidence and caring. She listened patiently to my history and provided supportive feedback. I'm very glad I remained under her care.

Very approachable, willing to help with outside referrals, friendly, and wanted to get to know me as a new patient.
Just not clicking with her yet. So mostly subjective. I personally need more probing questions, and dialogue to feel confident in care I'm receiving. Shes referred, but it feels rote, checking the box. But could be the new normal for health care. I've had so many docs retire or go private practice over last 6-8 years.

Office staff and nurse were great. Doctor didn't listen to complaint and seemed to already know what diagnosis was before walking into room.
she was all over the place with her instructions. She did not seem like I was a new patient. I felt like just another number. I did feel like she listened to me.

Everything was perfect
I waited in the room for over an hour to see the doctor and we she came in it was 40 questions within 1 second and I was sent on my way and office lights turned off while I was still there. Felt insanely rushed
I appreciated the doctors knowledge on my situation as id not seen her before
After the 1 hour wait it was very very rushed and did not have a good experience. Could be a one off as she might have had a busy day. But I did not have a pleasant feeling going home :(

My provider did not listen to my needs i was literally crying and she didnt even offer me a tissue. Felt the dr was very inconsiderate of my feelings. I was a new pt to this provider and she spent less then 15 min with me.

Not present and I never knew what my issue was before getting the printout. Vague call a specialist if it dosen't work" while walking out. I did'nt have a chance to troubleshoot the issue. I didn't know it was otitis until the summary was printed.

The provider was actually the person who greeted me and took me back to a room as the staff was running a bit behind. This was my first visit with her and she was incredible! Obviously, if she was bringing her patients into the room, they were very busy, but she still took the time to take my full history, inquire about any symptoms I might watch for given my family history. She also took the time to address how challenging the world is right now and how important it is to take time to turn off all the bad news and stay mentally healthy. And she took time to listen to some challenges I have been facing lately. She also expressed interest in seeing me again in a few months just to be sure that I am managing those challenges effectively. I can not tell you how much I needed someone to just take the time to listen for a few minutes. She took the time to be a 'provider' instead of just completing the necessary key strokes to get to billing and cover her obligations to the hospital conglomerate. Sadly, most providers are being forced to account for key strokes rather than knowing their patients. I needed a 'provider' at that appointment. And she was incredibly present. I am very grateful.
Since I live in Florida for 6 months, I see the doctor on Oct. Before I leave and May when I return. No contact in between
