She doesn't listen. This is the second pregnancy where I've had a major concern that she's dismissed or minimized. The first time, I delivered five weeks early the next day. This time she failed to hear my concern and desire to assist my breached baby and just told me they won't do anything and I shouldn't drive myself crazy trying to turn the baby.
