Kayla shows genuine care and concern for her patients. She takes my concerns seriously and explains things in a way I can understand. I had lost hope of finding someone who would actually listen to me and help me get well. It was a gift from God that I had a sick visit with Kayla and found someone who listens and treats people with respect.
The providers are excellent from what I have experienced. It is just once I leave there, II don鈥檛 get a response without writing several times or maybe I am supposed to be calling but I did that for assistance with a pharmacy change and I still had to write again for help.

This is the third time I've seen her is 6 months and requested this visit with her this time because she makes me feel more comfortable than any doctor has, she is empathetic to what I am experiencing and down to earth/not cold at all.
