I have seen Kathleen Kerr for several years now, and she has been consistently professional, friendly, and attentive to any issues I have faced in using CPAP machines to deal with sleep apnea.

I doubt anyone reads these with any level of depth due to workload. Wh1at would make me happy is to know these individuals made my day great by helping me through the difficulties I have with sleeping. The first experience with this practice I failed; I don't want that to happen again. K² gives me hope.

I appreciate the positive and calm attitude of K. Kerr and the staff. I was listened to, heard, respected and felt very well cared for. My only concern was the need to make an early morning drive to Howell rather than find a few minutes in the Ann Arbor practice. My follow up also had to be in Howell as all Ann Arbor appoints are booked
