I had lab work done following apt and was told I would get a call back to explain and go over results and discuss if it had anything to do with my symptoms. Ive still not recieved a call.
I went there to talk about weight management of the three shots that out out there for weight loss. She went straight into wanting me to have bariatric surgery. She knows that I have multiple myeloma and cannot have my stomach cut in half. She never talked about the weight loss drugs to which I came there to discuss.

I expected an apology, instead I told her (Dr. Burton) I was not taking any medications as a result of the difficulty i had gettingnthem filled. She smiled, said "thats fine" and was out the door less than 15 seconds later. No apology. Decided then that patient care was not her priority amd that it was best for my family and I to find a new Primary Care doc.

I requested pills for my daughter because she has an aversion to flavored liquid medicine and has since she was 4. The nurse blew me off and said, "Oh, it's bubblegum flavor. All kids love bubblegum flavor!" Since the appointment, I've spent hours on the phone with pharmacies, my daughter's regular PCP and insurance to find another flavor, been given a second prescription for a different flavored liquid after I requested pills, and she still can't take it without throwing up so I s back on the phone with her PCP's office this morning
Almost every visit is really fast. It would be nice to feel prioritized.
