I had my 1st Appointment with Dr Justin Shaya on July 29th. I was very impressed with him because I find many Drs don't listen to a patient but Justin listened to me and explained his plan of treatment for me. I found him kind and I would rate him a 10.

Dr Shayla deserves a 11, this was the BEST visit I have had in 3 years, Dr Shayla was so impressive. He had my past results, he talked about them I'm sure he did research on my issue before the visit as he was 100% prepared. He has a friendly warm style. He listens. He likes science over ' I heard from a guy who heard it on Fox News '. That was important as my problem was a reaction between chemicals & antibodies. He even got the student involved. See one teach one. Helping to stem the staff shortages. In short can't say enough about Dr. Shayla, WAIT yes I can, HE called me at 6 pm with the results, HE actually called to give me peace of mind. That's a old fashion doctor for you. Wow having a return phone call is rare at Mercy, but Dr Justin is a new wave of doctors.
