Trinity health is the only option for me! I use all of their specialists. I wouldn鈥檛 go anywhere else! I was at spectrum once when I moved to MI. No way - never again!

I need someone that listens to me and actually cares of how I am feeling and not afraid to exam me than to just push me away with appointments. No examination at all. I just don鈥檛 understand why and why I would come back to Dr Bultje when I left feeling like I was a waste of her time. I will call my insurance Company and ask what other providers there are for me. Maybe It is that some doctors don鈥檛 want to take time for senior citizens.

When asking a question- listen for the response from the patient. Don鈥檛 talk over them or assume your know them best. Yes, I have been a patient for 15+ years's but It is been at least 3 since I saw you last. A lot had changed, needs are there. They were not met even halfway during the appointment. It felt very rushed and there was a lack of listening to my concerns.
