Dr. Haddad is thorough, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns as well as explain options of care and plans with me. I have been her patient for about 6 years and switched to her after my insurance changed. I had been with my prior family doctor for almost 30 years but I am extremely happy that I made the change to Dr. Haddad. I highly recommend her as your primary care provider. She and this practice are always very prompt as well. There is NO waiting in the reception area!

We asked for a prescription for a walker due to age and balance issues. 1st script talked about his right eye degeneration and then second was also incorrect. We were at Binson's and they called the office and told them what the script needed to say for insurance purposes and it took them 2 times to get it right.
The Dr took time to explain why she is requesting a blood test and what she is expecting
U book a appt 6 months out and they still have to reschedule me. Yes they do refill my scripts and thats what we pay for.
The only negative is that I had to wait 4 months to get this appointment. Hopefully going forward, now that I am an established patient, I will not have that long wait time.

Dr Haddad is very generic. I have seen her a hand full of times trying to give it more opportunity. However when she starts off discussing the immunizations I'm due for and blood test I'm due for. Before a personal exchange happens, you feel like a number. Just nothing personal that makes you feel like she really cares. Needless to say last time I will see her.

My husband reached out to the Dr via Mychart. We were trying to find a place for a Covid test for the both of us. We were told to come to the office right away. Wishing 1/2 hr we were at the office, immediately taken to a room and tested for Covid and the flu. Dr. Jessica Haddad and her staff got us in and out. We were so thankful to the Dr &her staff for treating us with respect and concern for out issue.
