My health issue was not resolved after the recommended ER visit, Ultra-sound, & office visit. I am disappointed & still wi th issues.
Was super easy to talk too, provider understood his ADHD and autism clicks and did not get frustrated with him when he started talking about unrelated topics.

Jesse was respectful & kind and would most likely be an excellent provider. The problem is with his & his supervising Drs fear and refusal to provide care as Trinity has done for almost 20years, It is COMPLETELY understandable not being comfortable treating my rare medical disease, but refusing to treat my other ongoing medical issues, like hypertension, is dangerous.
the office went beyond the call of duty taking care of my 93 year old mother. Thank you.!!

This provider was great. Just probably wouldn鈥檛 transfer from 7 Mile practice because of unpleasant past experience with this PRACTICE. (NOT this provider, as Jesse was great.)

Jesse did not address my concerns. He failed to provide answers. Jesse seemed to not care about our care and delayed treatment. He did not use his skills. My child had a condition that Jesse should have treated her for, instead he failed to provide a diagnosis in a timely manner. Jesse led me to believe he is unskilled and does not have enough experience to care for my family's needs. He and the staff seemed uncaring and treated us as if we were not very important. My child was left untrated and undiagnosed. The communication was not there. I was uninformed and shewed away. I recieved a failed standard of care.
The staff is always friendly and courteous, caring and kind.

Excellent! I even bring my son here now because of how awesome Tien and his team are . I also like that It is a smaller office and they get me right in and out. I don鈥檛 ever have to sit in the waiting area forever. That is a huge plus along with friendly and honest staff.
