I feel a little intimidated by him, or that maybe he just doesnt like me. He always takes care of my health needs but IMO he's not very friendly towards me anyway.
Concerned and Informative
When my mom and I were there for my appt Dr. Mendoza acted like he didn't even want to be there. Never smiled or was pleasant. His voice was monotone the entire time. It made me feel like he really didn't care.
The entire staff, from entry to exit was excellent.

I came to see Dr. Mendoza in December with a lump on my neck. Instead of saying, lets wait and keep an eye on it, he wanted an ultrasound. It ended up being a serious issue and I am grateful that he didn't treat it like it was nothing.
