I wished that doctor showed X-rays at the beginning of the visit so I could see and follow his explanation/description of the issue better, then I could have asked more questions there and then. He kindly provided them upon my request at the end of the visit.

Making the appointment was a little difficult. Gave us and appointment in 10 days when we needed a sooker appointment..we called and had it moved up.

I hate to say this because Jason is VERY nice. I just always leave feeling he鈥檚 already decided what would happen before he even enters the room. Regardless of what I report. I unfortunately am not a cookie cutter patient and just wish I had been listened to sooner

They took their time . So nice to take ladies who were late due to traffic. I know it put the Dr behind and my appointment, but It is ok. We all need to be kind and patient too . I like not feeling rushed .

I always saw Jason Miller at the Ann Arbor Office in the past year after my ankle surgery. The appointment [ . . . ] of this visit was made in [ . . . ]when I had the last visit. When I arrived at the office on [ . . . ], I was told Jason was not there. Apparently the clerk who made this appointment put me in the different office, but never told me so. If she did, I would have asked to change the date. The clerk who talked me on [ . . . ] was trying to squeeze me in the other office, but I had another commitment later, so I had to come back [ . . . ]. She never said a single apology about mix-up, but treated me as I was the one who made mistake.It was unpleasant as well as very inconvenient.
Absolutely love him. He was upfront and honest with me. He was sympathetic for the situation and completely understood.

Jason Miller saw me for a follow up to 3 toe surgery by Dr. Hearty [....}] He does a great job explaining where I am and what is next. I try to follow their orders. The nurse who removed the bandage and stitches was patient with my pain. I receive excellent care. One pin is coming out and Jason explained that problem clearly.

It started out fine and at the end he did not express kindness and compassion and did not follow through with copies of X-ray, prescription details and therapy rx. Had to wait for an extremely long time and assistant said he would stop in and he never did. They made me feel like I was a bother.
All I had to do was sign a paper which could have been signed the next day of my operation.
I will probably request Jason instead of Dr. Hearty next time. He took more time, and the copay was less.
