Learning that I needed a Lumbar Fusion at 80 years old was a bit daunting to say the least. However, my fears diminished after meeting with Dr. Jason Brodkey. His professionalism and warm personality immediately put me at ease after he honestly explained the concerns and details of the procedure to my daughter and I. I had a pleasant meeting with Dr Brodkey. We went over some scenarios to relieve some of my pain and numbness in my leg. He explained everything in the way I could understand why I’m having symptoms of severe nerve pain. I’m hoping for a quick response under Dr Brodkeys care. All in all a great experience. The only drawback I had was not getting into the office sooner.

Very good experience. My waiting time was minutes. I was taking back to x-ray right away. As soon as the x-ray was done, I went into an exam room and shortly after that Dr. Brodkey came in. Very smooth.

Dr. Brodkey has a real gift for listening and explaining complex concepts in ways we could understand and in ways that we could relate to on a personal basis. The only complaint - and admittedly it's a small one - is that the paperwork required (sternly as in, if you don't do it, we may not see you) didn't seem to matter. I spent a long time filling it out and could not tell if anyone was going to read it. We needed a little more time with him, but he's busy and fortunately arranged a quick second appointment. Overall, I was really pleased with his confidence, his listening and the clarity of his explanations.
