Lots of shoulder issues the last 3 years. Dr Thomas has done 2 surgeries, one on the left shoulder and one on the right. I am especially grateful to Dr Thomas for all the time he spends with me at appointments, and the way he explains things to me in a way that I can understand. Just a special surgeon and man.

Surgery was scheduled as soon as possible. Surgery was successful with a minimal healing scar. Post op care has been optimal with in home care as long as needed and outpatient PT now progressing nicely with the support of Dr. Thomas. I would not hesitate to request Dr, Thomas in the future if I needed the services he and his team provide. I have no complaints about my care throughout my treatment.

The receptionist was very nice during the check in and out process. The MA who roomed me (forgot his name-sorry) was really personable and set me at ease. The X-ray tech Sara took me to the X-ray room and explained what the next steps were. Brenda positioned my elbow to prepare for the X-ray and was very respectful of my body and pain. I had to set up test at a different location, that was explained very well. Then super easy to get my follow up scheduled. I’m very please with the full experience
