Dr. Thomas did exactly what he said was needed regarding my right and left shoulder reverse replacements. Everything regarding my shoulder replacements went well. Dr. Thomas listens and explains everything in layman's terms so I understood everything he told me. He's very friendly, kind, courteous, professional and knowledgable. He makes me feel at ease when we talk about my shoulder replacement needs. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone needing his care.
Dr. Thomas is a very skilled surgeon. His bedside manner is excellent and he truly cares for his patients.
Aside from my final post-op check up of the left shoulder replacement, Dr. Thomas was instrumental in getting me an appointment for an EMG of my right arm and hand Once he gets the results of the EMG, he and I will discuss next steps.

Dr. Jared Thomas was friendly & personable from the beginning. He was knowledgeable and professional in dealing with my right shoulder fracture of the head of the humerus. Surgery was scheduled as soon as possible. Surgery was successful with a minimal healing scar. Post op care has been optimal with in home care as long as needed and outpatient PT now progressing nicely with the support of Dr. Thomas. I would not hesitate to request Dr, Thomas in the future if I needed the services he and his team provide. I have no complaints about my care throughout my treatment.

Just the overall experience was like day vs night with my other doctor/ surgeon. He really made sure I was okay to test my motion, functionality and overall comfortability before moving my shoulders around. He was gentle. But confident. Treated me like a human being. The receptionist was very nice during the check in and out process. The MA who roomed me (forgot his name-sorry) was really personable and set me at ease. The X-ray tech Sara took me to the X-ray room and explained what the next steps were. Brenda positioned my elbow to prepare for the X-ray and was very respectful of my body and pain. I had to set up test at a different location, that was explained very well. Then super easy to get my follow up scheduled. I鈥檓 very please with the full experience

He clearly explained what was happening in my shoulder. He and his assistant worked well together. I almost couldn't feel the injection he gave me. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Thomas was great. He did surprise me with his diagnosis, but he explained everything. The only thing I suggest and I wish I would have asked is that he show me my x-rays and let me actually see how bad my shoulder was.
