The provider explained thing鈥檚 extremely well to me and my daughter. She did a very detailed exam. She listened to my daughter well, and she also listened well to me. She was very calming. My daughter is picky with providers. She said she will keep seeing this provider. So we are very happy!

My test results were provided back through the patient portal in time for my child to return to school the following day, which was a big relief. While the provider office didn't contact me to deliver the test results, the process of getting email alerts to check the portal works great for me.

Dr. Thompson is always fantastic, and our nurse this visit was absolutely AMAZING. I wish I had record of her name, but she was so great at relating to our son. He is usually anxious about getting his shots, and she was wonderful in dealing with that and he had a much better response to his vaccines than he usually does.
