I usually think this provider does a very good job. However this time I felt let down. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she was short and irritated with me. She had the nurse call me the week before to set up an appt. To go over my labs, but didn't explain ay further, so I declined because I was feeling fine and I already had an upcoming appt. But then over the weekend I took a turn for the worse and she was mad because I didn't set up the appt. That she wanted.

I have had PA health care providers in the past, and Jamie is yet another example of why they have always been a good thing for the medical providers. She is more than competent, and I am very comfortable in her expertise, as well as the fact that if she felt the need she would not hesitate to seek advice from the doctor in charge of the office.
