He was quite different than when I first met him 10 yrs ago. Back then, he actually looked at me when he talked. This time he mainly looked at my husband. I may be deaf, but I hear well with my implants. I also felt like he's brushing off my concerns.
My appointment was near the end of the day so I expected there would be a delay.

The annual appointment was made in response to a letter I received from the office. I told staff my condition had changed a lot (due to cancer) since last appointment and that the provider I was seeing should informed of this prior to the actual appointment. However, he seemed surprised when I showed up for the appointment and seems to have not reviewed material in advance as I suggested. Surprisingly indicated my condition (aortic aneurysm) was no longer and issue and that no further visits would be necessary.

My experience with St. Joseph started when I had pre-term labor with twins and my newborn son was the first to be transferred from Jackson, Michigan to St. Joe's NICU and I have never regretted choosing St Joe's for my family.
