This was the most timely appointment I have had in quite some time. There was little waiting time; the time I waited was reasonable i.e, time for the doctor to review the x-rays, etc. There was a resident/ intern working with Dr. Hankin. Dr. Hankin asked my permission for the resident to also examine me. This was the first time a physician had done so.

As background, in my career I worked with and/or supervised hundreds of physicians. I managed multiple healthcare practices. As to Dr. Hankin: he was professional, attentive, collegial, thorough in exam & explanation, patient with my questions, a good listener and timely. As I am sure you know, surgeons can tend to be a bit 'distant' and perhaps aloof. Dr. Hankin was none of those.
