Dr. Youssef was friendly, caring, understanding, and comforting. She made all of us laugh and shared personal examples to let us know that she understands what we are going through. She did not make the visit feel rushed in any way and provided quality time with us.

Dr. Youssef always does such a fabulous job of connecting with our daughter, making all of us feel comfortable, making sure we understand and can ask any questions that we have, etc. On this most recent visit, she even made time to explain and let me daughter hold several of her medical instruments as my toddler has taken an interest in these things. She didn’t have to do that, but my daughter had an amazing experience and is still mimicking Dr. Youssef when she plays. Such an amazing physician. Thank you, Dr. Youssef!

She made my daughter comfortable speaking about something that was not comfortable to her. She made the visit enjoyable for both parties. Truly thankful for the time spent and not feel rushed through the visit. She gave quality time to understand and address our concerns.

despite running late with her schedule, she was very calm, patient, and did not rush our visit. she provided adequate attention and time to our concerns and listened well. we did not felt rushed or "pushed" along so that she could finish her day or get to her next appointment. she was nice and respectfully.
