My only objection: I was instructed to arrive at 1:10pm for my 1:40pm appointment. The clerk at the front desk checked me in and I paid my co-pay and was directed to the seating area. I asked if their was paper work to complete and was told no. I then went into the hallway and called to office in Ann Arbor and stated my dissatisfaction at being told to come in 30min prior to my scheduled appointment. All of my information is/was on My Chart. This procedure needs to be corrected, if all information is on line a new pt should not have to come so early.

The Dr. Seems a little 'Laid back', sometimes puzzled. I do have a puzzling Immune system problem but will probably find a new Doctor with a little more assertive personality In the future.
RA is a life long illness. Frustrating that the most that can be done I am doing and there is no huge benefit. Just a patient perspective. I have seen this provider for several years and felt more accepted in the beginning because treatment was different than former doctor. There were benefits and good outcomes. Now that there is holding pattern in the progression of my disease things just seem stagnant.
