one thing really saved me . you have dr. bouwens(sp) on staff to cover when other docs are noy available , like friday afternoon when i came..it/he saved me from going to the emergency ward .great idea..
Your drs are not trained properly in current practice and either do not understand the law/rules or lie about them. Additionally, after the Dr walked out on me and telling me to find another office, he lied on the After Visit summary
It felt more like he was socializing rather than being focused on listening to me.

After living with my body for almost 67 years, I know what's normal for me and what's not. I know I have RA and the changes it has made on my body…I know I have sports or weather induced asthma and again and again how it affects me. While I was trying to explain what was happening to me was different and scary and not my norm, I read in my after visit summary that “she may have exaggerated awareness of her shortness of breath…� I feel like he was calling me a hypochondriac and that I should just smile and go about my business because everything is just the aging process. We are told that as women we should listen to our bodies and if something does't feel right, don't ignore it. I'm not looking for something to be wrong with me, my independence and staying physically active is very important to me, that's why I came in. I like Dr. Osbourne and the practice in Caledonia, but I really hope to never see Dr. Bouwens again.

I am in chronic pain from my back and medical conditions. My ear is infected for over a year and the medication is not working. I had severe migraine and notified they have no room for infusion to be done. I was not given proper care
Outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We did not, however, deal with the short term stomach pain issue and I ultimately went to my local ER for that. I think we could have addressed that at the doctor's appointment and we could have avoided the ER.
