She didn't introduce herself (first visit with her) ask for my history or even come in with my chart/a computer. I fully believe she walked in with no idea who I am or why I came in. Unacceptable.

This was my first time meeting with CNP Amoe. She is kind, attentive, and positive, and I left my appointment feeling prepared, uplifted, and excited for the future. I feel as though she listened to me, and answered all my questions completely. I would not hesitate to see her again!

When I called for an appointment, I was informed Dr. Lisa Morris is out on a leave, NP Emily, was taking her patients for annual appointments. I found Emily to be as good as Dr. Morris, and I was pleased about that.

Emily Amoe was an excellent care provider. I have been seeing Dr. Morris for the past 15 years, but she was on a leave of absence at this time, so instead I was assigned to Emily Amoe. She knew my medical history, answered all my questions was prompt, professional, and very compassionate.

Emily is always so cheerful, she listens to every concern, treats you with respect, and actually remembers a tidbit or two about me when I usually only come in once a year for routine care. She's wonderful!
While I was there, the nurse called out 2 names of people who weren't even there. Most importantly though, my provider asked me how my baby was. I was extremely offended as I've never been pregnant. She obviously had my records and should have known that. She also didn't ask if I wanted STI testing or explain anything to me, like why she didn't check my ovaries during the exam. The whole thing took maybe 2 minutes. I was very uncomfortable and disappointed.
Emily was the person I saw. I have been in every 3 months for this and never felt any pain. Emily was not good at this. Felt pain and discomfort
I was very pleased with the provider. She has a calm and very personable personality. She was very informative and I learned new things as to how to better care for my health as I age. This provider spent 5 minutes with me and didn't provide any useful medical advice to me. She even asked me what medication I'd like to take; SHE is the provider who should know what medicine I need/should take, not ME!!! I couldn't believe how poor this appointment was, and I feel even worse than when I went in in the first place. I love IHA for visiting my general practitioner, and the lab is great, but I cannot recommend IHA OB/GYN to anyone; I'll tell them to go somewhere else.
