I didn't feel like Dr. Vorias knew me at all as a patient. Multiple times I was asked questions about my medical history that haven't changed, and changes that had happened since my last visit weren't noticed at all. While I only make appointments a couple of times a year, I need my primary care physician to know me and my history. I will be finding a new provider.

Dr Vorias has been our pcp for 14 yrs and as of late when we've had something come up that we needed medical care we had to see a dr we'd never seen before. We understand that sometimes it can't be helped but for some reason my husband, who has cancer hasn't gotten in to see her this year. I'm not blaming Dr Vorias or complaining about her but I'd like to say that its a good thing to see the same dr as much as possible. They get to know you personally and they know your history. Dr Vorias knows us well and we trust her very much to help us with our medical issues. Its like starting over everytime we see a new dr. Thank you for listening

Provider could have been a bit more concerned about the issues I was discussing and been more proactive in trying to help me find a solution. Also, she could have been more forthcoming about observations she made during the visit - I noticed some observations recorded about me (in MyChart) that were not discussed during the visit/didn't make a lot of sense to me.

From the first moment I walked in, I was greeted and went through covid screening right away. The receptionist was waiting for me and was very pleasant. I was taken back quickly to my exam room. The nurse was pleasant and personable. Dr Vorias is always on time with my appointments. I recommend her to griends and family because she is caring and listens to my questions and concerns. I always enjoy seeing her because she is practical and always has suggestion for things that I have issues with.

My husband and I and 2 daughters have been patients of Dr Vorias for close to 20 years. She has always been attentive and an excellent family care provider. She is aware of us as a family. We only considered switching providers once many years ago due to the front desk staff. We made her aware of our concerns and have never had a problem since. All the IHA staff is wonderful and courteous. Thank you
