I had to wait almost 50 minutes to see this provider. A large part of my history collection (I am not a new patient and am almost 60 years old) focused on past reproductive health issues. Was this Trinity Health probing since laws changed? It felt like it and that was strange. I would switch to core well, but none of their doctors are taking new patients along the lakeshore.

I like Dr Parrett. I feel like she listens to me and she is quick to take action when I鈥檝e tried to help issues on my own. She either makes suggestions, orders blood work or suggests a prescription to see if we can solve the problem but at the same time I don鈥檛 feel like she over medicated but seems to have a good balance.
She takes time to address your concerns. Explanations are easy to understand and she will answer your questions.

I made an appointment to go see the doctor and waited over an hour in the waiting room. I went in for a very itchy, scratchy rash that was going over different parts of my body. The doctor said well it could be this and it could be that and treated me with steroids only for days later I called back because the rash and the itch was just as bad, and then she told me it could be something else, so I was kind of confused that they didn鈥檛 even know what it was and they were going to treat me for something else but then I said well my husband doesn鈥檛 even have any of this on his body he鈥檚 not scratching or itching or has 1 ounce of redness on his body and then what she predicted that it was she says there鈥檚 no way you could have that if you don鈥檛 husband doesn鈥檛 have it so now I am a week out on this and I still have some other rash, but a lot of itching so I don鈥檛 know if I go back to the doctor or going to emergency or if they can try to figure something out because It is going to be something
Unfortunately I feel the office is understaffed, I waited over an hour and a half for my appointment.
She does not listen. She came in with preconceived notions as to what was wrong and she was wrong on each issue. She is not a xredit to the rest of the practice and should be removed.

I think Dr having to use voice on computer is very distracting & she have to keep going back over what she said bc computer isnt hearing her correct. Waist of my time in room with Dr.

Dr. Parrot spends an enormous amount of time with me and is very thorough. She answers all my questions without making me feel dumb. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Her staff is great too, treating me with respect.

Wait time was extreme 40 min in loby 40 min in room i wasthere over two hours then made me take a covid test i told her my nose has been brook before so i dont think the swab would fit so instead of try easy hell no she crammed it right in i told her to stop she would not so i grab her hand and pulled it uot my nose was bleeding i was pissed but i kept my cool finished my appointmentand left there was a nurse in there also she was shocked i will be looking for a knew dr she is to pushy dont take no for a answer what she did is bull shit my nose bleed for the rest of the day
She diagnosed my chronic back pain and adjusted my back, eleviating my pain. She is friendly, qualified and i feel very comfortable with her.

When I leave my visit, I should feel like I'm leaving with a sense of empowerment over my health and if something is wrong that I know we've addressed it and taking care of it; not feeling like we're missing something or wondering why she didn't address an issue.

I'm very glad I decided to change providers and found Dr. Parrett
I do not hold the provider accountable for this, but a lot of time was spent on the charting and a lot of questions were asked about my family history. I was going to ask why there were so many questions to list my siblings, as this had never been asked before, but I didn't know how to word it without sounding rude. I assumed it is due to the "Epic" and "MyChart" switch. Either way, an explanation at the beginning of such irrelevant information could perhaps help make it seem less like a tracking purpose.
