I have hydrocephalus , and sometimes it takes me a little longer to explain my feelings to my Dr. She is ALWAYS so patient with me, and never makes me feel rushed. She listens to me, and I feel like she genuinely cares!

I have seen this provider multiple times and with each visit, she has made me feel like a product being pushed through the assembly line. She does not adequately address patient concerns, nor does she accurately review the charts before entering the room. I do not trust her with my care.
My mom was looking to change GP dr as her doctor didnt seem attentive to her needs. Dr Shelby really cared about my moms issues and her concerns. Mom switched to Dr Shelby immediately

The doctor was concerned about a health issue that I was having. She made several suggestions on things I should do as well as ordered a test to rule out any major issues.

First time coming here. My long term PCP recently closed their practice after her husband (physician/business partner)passed away. My husband sees another doctor in this same office, so I decided to find someone here as well. So far, it's been a good patient experience.
It was a little difficult to try and fill out ALL the new patient paperwork, while the assistant was asking me the same EXACT questions! I鈥檓 like do you want me to write them? Or talk to you. It was hard to do them both. Maybe give the patient time to fill it out, and then input it to the system after they are done

Extremely long wait time in the exam room. I waited at least 45-50 minutes just for the doctor to come in the room.
I really appreciate Dr. Shelby s knowledge and bedside manner she possesed the knowledge and care that you usually would only find in far more seasoned physicians. I feel like ii have a much better handle on my health and i feel seen and heard. I am so glad i found her!

Forms needed to be filled out are extensive and could be sent electronically ahead of time to speed things up at onitial visit. I had to suggest that I wanted blood work prior to my next appointment at which I will get a physical.

I addressed my cough and she didn't even listen to my lungs or heart. Only "exam" was looking in my ears bc I said they hurt and hopefully it was just from coughing so much.

I wasn't in the room with the doctor not even 5 minutes, she didn't ask any questions about medical history or really anything relevant to why I was being seen and provided no helpful explanation or advice aside from wanting to give me a shot to put a bandaid on the issue.
If the doctor had a stronger handshake, she would exude more confidence.
