Was able to get a follow up appointment a couple of days after my MRI. He took his time to discuss the results and took the time to answer any questions I had. He felt surgery was absolutely not necessary. Suggested possible non-surgical treatment and honored my choices. I opted for cortisone shot and physical therapy. He explained the benefits and risks of the shot. Made sure I understood the risks and what the steps to the procedure were and asked for consent during every step. Definitely would highly recommend.

I liked it when the Doctor told me his wife has pain that she “must learn to live with.� Another doctor told me same about his wife. Easy to understand that if a doctor’s wife must learn to accept pain it must be a fact. I left the appointment & stopped at CVS to get Bio Freeze.

My only concern is I don't know a lot about my disease, or the prognosis for the future. Right now, the injections help the pain to be tolerable, but I feel it is not a long term solution if .y condition is going to get worse. I wish I knew what to do to stop it from worsening, or at least slow the progression..I just dont have any answers

Dr. Schuler is very good at striking a balance between efficiency of the appointment and pleasant conversation. Your supporting staff are also very good at getting people prepped and giving reasonable estimates of wait time in the treatment room. Those waits are not excessive, IMO.

Dr. Dean Schueller is a wonderful, compassionate, very effective physician. I highly recommend him. He is also very personable and easy to talk to and he listens. I like him very much and I am very pleased with his care for my knees.
On this particular day, he didn't seem to be in listening mode. During earlier visits he has been, however. Perhaps he was rushed this time?

Time from checking in to checking out was almost 3 hours. Longer than expected, but staff nurse, doctor, etc. seemed overbooked and over worked, yet still had AMAZING patience and compassion for child and family with them. They were willing to accommodate for anxiety within my child while being kind and caring. Personal feel doctor could have given more detailed explanation but overall wonderful

While this provider may be medically competent, he was not friendly and did not demonstrate a lot of care or concern for my son (the patient). It very much felt like we were a widget on an assembly line.
