Exceptional experience, I scheduled a visit for Monday and the office called to offer a sooner appointment. Physician was great at keeping my 3 year old calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Tobin was very kind and knowledgeable and built a good rapport with [ . . . ]. This was our first visit to IHA Plymouth as we had just switched pediatricians. Both Dr. Tobin and the office staff were kind, empathetic and understanding to the different and special needs of my neurodiverse child. I am very impressed and happy with this practice!

This was our first time seeing Dr Tobin and I was pleased with the quality of care and concern he showed for my childs health.This visit resulted in the recommendation by Dr Tobin for us to go to the ER. We had a horrible experience there. While there, we were on the phone with a nurse at the office for over 20 minutes while she was helping us and going back and forth with Dr Tobin. Im sad I didnt catch this womans name because she went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. [ . . . ] please give her a HUGE thank you and pat on the back.

The office was able to get our child in before the end of the day even when we called at 4pm! They were attentive, patient even at the end of a long day. Dr Tobin showed concern for our son and explained his thought process and together with us came up with a plan. He called after we left the office to follow up on the test results.
