My appt was @ 9:30 AM and I was told to arrive by 9:00AM due to my being a new patient ( my paperwork was already completed). I was called into the examining area about 9:15AM but not seen by the medical provider until almost 10:00AM. She then seemed somewhat rushed.

I wanted a consult about low back pain after 4 times @ PT since March 2019, plus a visit to Pain Medicine which I did not want to continue w/because you never see the same doctor & they don't listen well, plus you can't establish a relationship with one person.
The P.A. Answered my concerns and explained what was going on. I came away with instructions to have P.T. And that satisfied me for the time being.

This was a scheduled follow up from back surgery. Danielle was very professional, kind and answered all my questions. I arrived and was greeted by the receptionist very promptly. Great overall experience with everyone in Dr. Geiger's office. Kim, the person that completed my FMLA paperwork was very efficient and done very quickly.
