We have been seeing Dr Barrow for the last 8 years. We travel from Ann Arbor just to see her at this practice. She makes both us, as parents, and our children feel very comfortable and takes the time to explain what she is doing and why.

We were not seen by the doctor for over 30 minutes beyond our appt time. That is not acceptable. Though, the doctor did apologize.

My only complaint is we were all done with the appointment except for the flu shot and we waited a half hour in the exam room to get the flu shot.

I have taken both my daughters (ages 10 & 16) to Dr. Barrow for nearly 15 years since she is an excellent pediatrician. It is always a pleasure to see, her calm and reassuring disposition has helped ease our stress/anxiety when my daughters's are sick. She makes referrals to specialists as appropriate. I鈥檓 grateful and thankful that she has been my daughters's pediatrician and that she has stayed with the same practice for more than 15 years. The team is wonderful in this practice.

Dr Barrow is very empathetic and gives me reasonable suggestions on how to handle challenges that come up with our little kids. She is very gentle and kind with our children and treats them very warmly.

Provider was very patient and listened to our concerns. She even added a note that the staff provide us with the number for the dermatologist. Unfortunately the staff did not do that so weeks later we are still waiting.
