My regular doctor was not available so I was seen by Dr. Schloesser and was extremely happy with her care & concern. She was soft spoken & connected with me & my daughter who brought me. We were disappointed to find she would only be there for one month as she would be a wonderful addition to that office.
I was able to see someone the morning after my call to get my appointment.
She really spent quality time with me making sure any questions I had were addressed. Im sure she was running behind, but I never felt rushed

This is the first and only positive experience I have had at IHA. Dr. Schloesser was compassionate, caring and really listened. She discussed everything with me with explanations I could understand. She was able to answers questions I have been asking for the last two years when previously the doctors didn't answer the question I asked. She is an excellent doctor. I only wish I could see her as my primary doctor. If I could I might stay with IHA.

I really liked the provider I saw her for a problem and saw her the next week for a Medicare well visit. I wish she was at one place but she travels to different offices.

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to see Dr. Schoesser to follow up on my health care. She has always been concerned for my health, and I know she was just filling in for another doctor. [....] She has been my doctor for several years, and I was unsure about seeing anyone else for medical advice. She was very reassuring, and also ordered a test I needed. I alos found the Plymouth office very welcoming.

Dr. Schloesser is always attentive and compassionate to my situation. The visits are never rushed; she takes her time to see how I am doing in general and then gets to why I am there to see her. I feel very fortunate to have a doctor like her.

Dr Schloesser is an amazing part of my medical care. She is attentive, patient and thoroughly listens to all my concerns. When I speak she looks me in the eye to let me know she hears my concerns. She is professional but sensitive to my feelings. I always leave feeling confident that she has done everything she can to help me and find a solution for my health concerns.
My issue now and has been off & on with this office is the lack of detail given dealing with forms related to prescriptions and prescription programs. There continues to be poor handling of outside paperwork and previously attention to detail with prescriptions.
