I love Dr. Poisson. She always listens to me & helps me choose an informed option.
I felt Dr Poisson was interested in finding out the actual cause of my problem so that she could determine the best treatment. She seemed focused on my comfort in everyday life and minimizing bothersome symptoms.
The doctor's willingness to discuss options in order to determine what's best for her patient is appreciated.
She sat down and took her time and listened to my concerns and explained everything well for me.
Wouldn't go anyplace else

She was very quick doing the procedures, which I also appreciated but she didnt wasnt like TOO quick like she was rushing me, but it was my first time there so being thorough and quick was very much appreciated.

I have already recommended her to friends of mine. Front office staff and nurses are not always overly friendly but I continue to go to this office for Dr. Poisson. Her medical assistants are always great too!

she spent so much time with me talking about the possible causes for my problem, and even humored my alternative medicine ideas which are not always grounded in sufficient evidence. i felt really heard, whereas with my previous doctor i felt kind of dismissed.

I was very impressed with my experience at this office! Everyone I encountered was so friendly, they all welcomed me (as it was my first time there) and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor and nurse were so attentive to my concerns and made me feel heard and validated. They were very knowledgeable and respectful. Everyone was very professional but warm at the same time. It was such a great experience, I wish all doctor's visits could be just like this!

Dr. Poisson is probably the best doctor I have ever seen. She really took time with me to answer my questions, explained everything in very easy to understand terms and also explained her approach to treatment and care really well. She was extremely empathetic and compassionate, as well as knowledgeable, and I did not feel rushed or that she was in a hurry at all. She listened to my concerns and ordered the necessary tests to address them, but also put me at ease. As good of an experience at the OBGYN as one could have. I wish more doctors were like her!

Although it was a big relief to find I did not have a major problem, it was almost a disappointment that I would not need to see this wonderful doctor again. She is so knowledgeable and kind and caring...this practice is lucky to have her.
