Always prompt with seeing me near appt time, always takes time to answer questions, explains in easy terms, personable, before ending appt always asks if any concerns we haven't discussed
My provider answered all questions (and I usually have many. When I didn't understand something. She went out of exam room & brought back a diagram to explain it better.
The provider was very short with me and clearly hadn't read my chart as to what medications I was on even though I was asked by the nurse and wrote new meds down on my intake sheet. She would often start a conversation to be nice, but then abruptly end it which was a bit awkward. You could clearly tell that she was in a rush. I would recommend not starting any conversations that you don't want to continue as it highlights your rushed state.

I was scheduled to see Melissa Goedtel, but there was a schedule conflict, and she was not in that office during the time of my scheduled appointment. I waited about 45 minutes before Cathy was able to see me. I truly appreciate her taking the time out of her busy schedule to fit me in. Also, the nurse who first took care of me continually updated me on the delay and whereabouts of Melissa Goedtel. I do not remember the nurse's name, but she did an awesome job and could not have been kinder to me.
