The provider was very good. However I would have preferred to see my actual doctor instead of a physicians assistant.
I waited approx 40 minutes in the room before seeing the PA and getting the shot
Everything went well and all questions and concerns were addressed.
I have some serious ongoing problems left over form a recent surgery. Carrie by having us come in was able to speed up what was looking to be a very slow process involving a home nurse. She took charge and was able to not only get me a wound vac but was able to place it on my wound to start the healing process right then and there and not having to wait another day for a home nurse to show up. This whole visit was a pleasant surprise in that my 12 day hospital stay was a nightmare of delays. I need to follow up with my experience I endured with your ER.... I will never set foot into your ER again and I will not recommend your ER to anyone.
My experience with the provider, C Rupe, was just fine. My displeasure is with the general administration of the office, not with any individual on the staff.
PA acted surprised to hear I experienced depression post-op and wasn't sure how to address the problem. PA also seemed surprised when I reported that my colitis flared up while I was not taking my immunosuppressant medication, per doctor's pre op instructions. Someone should've told me that I could resume Yeljanz 1 wk. after surgery, as my U of M GI doctor instructed when I called his office.

The provider was professional, thorough, and took precautions by providing an additional set of bandages that were used over the weekend. They cleaned the wound and looked for an Internal pussy discharge. The tiny strips of bandage added to the distal end of the wound were effective in the end.
