Provider didn鈥檛 know anything about me despite me having multiple past appointments with her. She reviewed my lab results and told me to START taking a medication I have been taking for several years and has always been on my medication list. Clearly didn鈥檛 look at my chart at all

The provider was not friendly and didn't seem very concerned with my needs. She did treat me for my issue but her bedside manner needs work.

Dr Cooper was detached and did not have a good bedside manner. She was somewhat dismissive about the complaint, but did have imaging done and referred to PT, which was the proper response to the situation, she just wasn't very nice about it. Maybe having a bad day?
Dr Doyle out of town and she made sure we were seen by another doc even with power out at our usual location

I went to Dr. Cooper bc I was there at the urgent care in the same building and I could hear a few people saying how great she was. I moved to Michigan recently, so I've never had a PCP. I made an appointment with her, and I'm glad I did.
