Having Dr Bryan Pack perform my hip replacement surgery was the best choice. Dr Pack is kind, attentive and clearly an excellent surgeon. After 2 weeks I am walking with a cane and virtually pain free. I highly recommend Dr Pack and his in-hospital as well as in-office staff.

I systematically interviewed surgeons and then veted them by speaking with physical therapists. The majority of those who would answer said it was Byan Pack who they would recommend to a relative or see themselves. Dr Pack proved to be data based and a superb surgeon but also a physician in the sense that he treats the whole person with warmth and compassion. His team reflects that as well.

I 'fired' my ortho surgeon from another provider, and asked IHA to connect me with a clinic and doctor who would be a good partner in managing my care. Dr Pack listens with focused interest to your concerns. He is through in his exam and explanation! He even went through it twice with my questions. I like how he brings copies of the X-rays in the room to discuss and let's you take them with you. He encourages you to call the office anytime there are questions or concerns with each visit. I called post op with question and he called ma back personally. I feel like he has known me for years and cares about me. My husband also was very impressed with his bedside manner after my surgery in the waiting room. He comments on how it felt personal, warm, and caring. He liked how he got down to his level saying it felt like he cared.
