Appointment was at 1130 we didn’t walk out of office until 1215 and it was a normal well child that should have only taken 15 minutes. This is the second time with the provider we’ve had to wait over a half and hour to see. Will never pick him again.

Doc Brian lacks personal connection. He knows medicine well but does dig deep enough with his questions. Was surprised that he did not offer to examine me. Yet He educated me the typical issue women experience. Did not offer a referral or solution. I had to ask him. On line nurse insisted I come in for a urine test. Once the result was negative not too much digging deep with questions. Makes me question why be seen?

Been with Dr. Scheeringa for quite awhile. Even after moving north, still see him with an hour + drive.
I have a call into the office manager at the Grandville location to address the issue of unprofessionalism. The first words out of his mouth were to chastise me for not wearing a mask. I was so uncomfortable I nearly walked out of the appointment. The doctor then was critical of me on several other occasions during the first 10 minutes. He demeanor changed when he asked what I did for a living and I responded I was a professor. This is also not okay as he should be treating all with respect regardless of their status.
I was able to get lab work right after my visit and results the same day
