This visit was what I expected. Everyone was helpful, professional snd just superb care.
Everything with the visit was very positive, however when planning the future surgery there is a slight problem. The doctor only does procedure in the afternoon and I have a problem with not having food or drink for such a long time an options for a earlier time cannot be provided. this may cause me an issue on that day, other that that all is good

The only complaint I had is I asked the nurse to let my husband know my surgery was delayed an hour so he could get something to eat. This didn't happen so he thought I was in surgery for 4 hours.

The thing I appreciate most about Dr. Kimball is that she sits down in a chair and looks you in the eye and actually listens when you are speaking with her. She's not searching through your chart while you talk or otherwise distracted. She doesn't interrupt or cut you off when you are speaking and doesn't appear like she's just in a big hurry to get out of the room. I think it boils down to respect.
