I have been having the same conversation about my concerns with my previous doctor and he never really addressed it and after only 1 visit some changes were made and explained why it is in my best interest to try a different approach

I have been with IHA for over 20 years, I chose to use a different clinic for my care and felt like I was an interruption. The nurse asked me if there are any updates to my personal or family history. I advised that my Mom had passed away this year, the response was, "I made a note of that". I felt that that was very impersonal and if she wanted to know she should of at lease asked how she died, isn't that important to my health history?
